RNAb

Introduction

RNAbval is a method for the prediciton of RNA bfactor for flexibility. The method was developed using a comprehensive set of features, including the sequence profile and predicted solvent accessibility. The input to RNAbval is the nucleotide sequence of the RNA to be predicted. The output includes the normalize bfactor for each nucleotide in the RNA sequnece.
